Well, it is over. The old house has sold. The papers are signed and we are out from under the mortgage. I'm still waiting for all the papers to arrive, but It is really a good feeling. I I just read that congress passed the law exempting mortgage debt forgiveness from being considered income in 2007. If that law stays on the books for 2008 we will be set.

escaped BYU with a degree in Poli Sci but without a Mrs (just a few near misses). He went on a mission to Hong Kong. After he came home he was a menace to society until he was 27 years old when he married his beautiful wife. He went back to school for an MBA in Technology Management. He now works as a healthcare consultant and spends his evenings being a Mormon history geek.
